Huajiang Dog Meat

Originating from Huajiang Town, Guanling County. It requires high cooking techniques. Slaughter, scald, pluck hair, remove bones, barbecue the skin to a tender yellow color, use a specially made clay pot and pot, stew with herbs, the soup is refreshing and delicious, the meat is tender and pure fragrant, and there are dozens of seasonings for dipping in water, which is truly delicious and unique. Throughout thousands of years of history, Huajiang dog meat utensils have been a type of food and culture that originated in the Three Kingdoms and has been passed down to this day. They have finally become a famous snack throughout the country and have formed the "Huajiang Dog Meat Street" in Huajiang Town.


"Huajiang Jianfen"

"Huajiang Jianfen" is one of the traditional foods in Guanling Autonomous County, also known as "Huajiang Yijue", which can be comparable to "Huajiang Dog Meat". Its characteristics are as thin as paper, as white as snow, with good tendons and threads, able to withstand cooking in the pot, and having a chewy mouth on top.


Guanling Darba

Guanling Dal Ba, also known as "Er Kuai Ba", is a traditional annual delicacy of the people of Guanling. Its characteristics are pure white and flexible, constantly finely cut, soft and refreshing, and not rotten after cooking. It has a boiling head when cooking and a chewing head when eating. Erkua Ba, soaked in water from the winter and twelfth lunar months, can be stored for about four months. Cut into thin strips and sun dry, place in a well ventilated and dry place, can be stored for more than 1 year, and can be made by soaking in water before eating.
